1. Purpose

Tiltwise is designed to support fair play and responsible improvement in poker.

This policy explains how Tiltwise operates, what it does and does not provide, and our commitment to maintaining the integrity of poker games across all supported formats.

2. No Real-Time Assistance

Tiltwise does not provide real-time advice, recommendations, prompts, or decision support during live poker hands.

All analysis and insights are generated only after hands are completed, uploaded, or manually logged by the user.

3. No Gameplay Automation or Intervention

Tiltwise does not automate gameplay, execute actions on behalf of players, or interact with poker clients in any way.

Users retain full control over all decisions made at the table.

4. No Access to Live Game State

Tiltwise does not read, scrape, intercept, or analyse live game state data.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• hole cards

• opponent cards

• betting actions in progress

• client memory or network traffic

• screen contents or visual game elements

5. Post-Session Review Only

Tiltwise is intended exclusively for post-session review, reflection, and learning.

Analysis is performed after hands are completed and made available through uploaded hand histories, manual entries, or user-initiated data input.

6. Desktop Application Behaviour

The Tiltwise desktop application is used solely for background file management and user-initiated uploads.

It does not:

• monitor live gameplay

• capture screen data

• read poker client memory

• interact with poker software processes

7. Emotional and Reflective Insights

Tiltwise includes tools for emotional awareness, journaling, and reflection.

These tools are designed to help players understand how emotions may influence past decisions and do not provide guidance during active play.

8. AI Analysis and Human Coaching

Tiltwise combines structured AI-generated analysis with optional human coaching.

All coaching interactions and AI insights are:

• asynchronous

• review-based

• focused on past hands and sessions

No coaching or analysis is delivered during live hands or active gameplay.

9. Commitment to Fair Play

Tiltwise is committed to fair play and responsible use.

We actively design our tools to avoid providing unfair advantages and welcome dialogue with poker operators to ensure ongoing alignment with platform rules and expectations.

10. Player Responsibility

Players are responsible for ensuring their use of Tiltwise complies with the rules and terms of the poker platforms they play on.

Tiltwise does not encourage or support behaviour that violates site rules or compromises game integrity.

11. Policy Updates

This Game Integrity Policy may be updated as Tiltwise evolves.

Any material changes will be reflected on this page, and we remain committed to transparency as the platform develops.
